I am a Southern Gospel Songwriter/Vocalist/Musician. After seeing a local group, The Pathways (who went on to become The Freemans) in 1973, I knew thats what I wanted to do as a small child. So, I taught myself piano, and from 1982-1996 led my family group, The Harveys. We were able to meet and share the stage with the best in gospel music. In 1985 after seeking God to let me write my own songs for several years, he gave me my first song, "Come Up Higher". In 1992 the legendary Singing Cookes recorded that song as well as 13 others of mine throughout the years. I now sing solo, and still write my own songs.
